Contact the VitalisMan Editorial Team

Use this page to reach the editorial team with a question, a correction, or a partnership enquiry. We read every message and reply where a reply is useful.

We cannot give personal advice or recommend a product for your situation, and we would rather say so plainly than send you in the wrong direction. Everything else on this page is about getting your note to the right desk quickly.

Quoting, criteria, comment deadlines

We cannot advise on whether a supplement suits you or how it sits alongside prescribed medicine. Those questions need a pharmacist or doctor who knows your history.

What to write to us about

Questions about a page, corrections to a description, and requests for a topic we have not covered are all welcome.

Ask about a page

If a sentence about a men's vitamin formula reads oddly, or you want to know why we covered a specific mineral and left another out, tell us which page and quote the line. We can usually answer from our own notes the same week.

Flag an error

If you spotted an error in an ingredient list or a serving size, include the product name and the page address. That is the fastest kind of message to act on, because we can check the label directly against what we published.

Request a topic

We keep a running list of reader suggestions. If you want more detail on vitamins and minerals for men, on energy and endurance formulas, or on how a natural capsule is put together, say what you already understand and what is still unclear. A specific gap is easier to fill than a broad request.

Suggest a formula

If a men's vitamin formula sold in Indonesia is missing from our pages, send the brand, the full ingredient panel, and a photo of the label. We review suggestions against the same criteria we apply to every entry, and we publish our reasons either way.

Out of our reach

What we cannot help with

We cannot advise on whether a supplement suits you, how it interacts with prescription medicine, or what to do about a health concern. Those questions need a pharmacist, doctor, or other qualified professional who knows your situation. We will not guess at an answer, and we would rather say so than send you in the wrong direction.

This is what keeps the rest of the site useful. Every page you read here is written as reference material for healthy lifestyle products and daily routines. It is not a substitute for a conversation with someone who can look at your history, your current intake, and anything you have been prescribed.

Who to ask instead

04

  • A pharmacist, for how a formula sits with prescribed medicine

  • Your doctor, for anything that reads like a symptom

  • A registered dietitian, for daily intake and food first

  • The seller or brand, for batch, stock, or order questions

We answer editorial questions only. We do not sell from this site, so we cannot check an order or a delivery.

What we cannot help with

Read the label first

Most corrections we receive come from readers comparing our description against the panel printed on the container. If that is what you are doing, you are already ahead of the average email. Here is what makes a correction easy to verify and quick to publish.

  • The page address, copied from your browser bar

  • The exact sentence or figure you believe is wrong

  • What you are comparing against, ideally a current label

  • A note if the formula was recently reformulated

What happens next

We check the label ourselves before editing. If the description is accurate, we will explain why it stands. If it is wrong, we correct it and note the change on the page so the next reader sees the same detail you did.

Messages land with the editorial desk, not a sales queue

How the desk reads your note

01

We read every message

Nothing is auto-filed. A question about a men's vitamin formula, a note about a serving size, and a partnership pitch all get read by the same small team that writes the pages.

02

We check before we answer

Where a claim is involved, we go back to the label, the page, and the notes we wrote it from. That is why a message naming a specific product and a specific line is answered faster than a general one.

03

We say no when we should

If a question needs someone who knows your situation, we will name the kind of professional to ask and leave it there. That is a real answer, and it is more useful than a guess dressed up as help.

04

Corrections stay visible

When a description changes, the page changes with a note about what was adjusted. You should be able to see that a reader caught something, not just take our word for it.

Partnership and advertising enquiries

If you are a brand, seller, or publisher and want to discuss a collaboration, write to us with a short description of what you have in mind. We do not publish sponsored product descriptions and we do not accept payment to add a product to a page. We are open to conversations about content that stays editorial and clearly labelled.

A useful first message names the audience you want to reach, the format you are proposing, and whether any brand name would need to appear in the copy. If a proposal depends on controlling what the page says, it will not fit here, and we would rather tell you that early than after a long exchange.

Disclosure sits on the page, always

Contributions from people who formulate

Press and research requests

Journalists and researchers are welcome to ask about our editorial criteria or to quote from a page, with a link back to the source. If you need a comment on a specific supplement topic, give us some lead time and a clear deadline. We answer in English and, where needed, in Indonesian.

If your question touches on how we compare natural capsules for strength and vitality across brands, start with our selection criteria rather than a single page. It saves a round of email and shows you exactly what we looked at.

Useful to send with a request: the outlet, your angle, the deadline, and whether you need a written quote or a short call. If you already have a draft, send the specific paragraph you want checked against our pages.

Send a message to the desk

Reply within a few working days

We aim to reply within a few working days. Messages that include a specific page and a specific detail are usually answered fastest. If you do not hear back within a week, send a short follow-up, since messages occasionally land in the wrong folder.

Editorial desk

Please do not include personal health details. We cannot advise on whether a formula suits you or how it sits with prescribed medicine, and a message like that cannot be answered from this desk.

Where the desk is

Our editorial office sits on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman in central Jakarta. Visits are by appointment only, since the people who answer these messages are usually mid-review on a page. For anything urgent about a description, email is faster than the phone.

Before you write

Questions we get most often

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to reply within a few working days. A message that names a page, a product, and the exact detail in question moves to the front, because we can open the source and check it immediately.

Can you tell me which formula to take?

No, and we are direct about that. We describe what is in a formula and how it is usually presented, then leave the decision to you and a qualified professional who knows your history. That boundary is what makes the pages worth reading.

Can I send a correction without a link?

Yes, though it takes longer. Quote the sentence as you see it and name the page you were reading. If we can find the line, we will check the label and respond the same way we would to a message with a link.

Do you accept guest articles?

Rarely, and only from people who can show how they work with natural supplements for men in practice. Send a short outline first, not a finished piece. If the angle overlaps something we have already covered, we will point you there instead.

Can I suggest a product for the pages?

Yes. Send the brand, the ingredient panel, and a photo of the label. We review suggestions against the same criteria as every entry, and we publish our reasoning whether or not the product is added.

Is there anything you will not discuss?

Anything that needs a professional who knows your situation. We will tell you the kind of person to ask, and we will not guess at an answer to fill the reply. Saying so is the honest version of helping.

Can I quote a page in my own writing?

Yes, with a link back to the page you took it from. If you are quoting at length or need a comment alongside it, write to us with your deadline and we will try to fit it in.

If the form is not working for you, write to [email protected] and put the page address in the subject line.

VitalisMan publishes reference material on natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, and the daily habits that sit around them. Nothing on this site is a personal recommendation, and a message to this desk does not create one.
