This page explains what personal data VitalisMan collects through vitalisman.co.id, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how you can ask about it.

Data we collect
We collect the information you provide directly: your name, your email address, and the content of any message sent through the contact form. If you write to ask about a natural supplement for men, a men's vitamin formula, or how a product is listed on the site, that message and the return address you give us are the only personal details involved.
We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the pages you visit on this site. This data is broad by design: it tells us that a particular guide on vitamins and minerals for men was read, not who read it.

Why we collect it
Contact form data is used to answer your message and, where relevant, to correct a page. If you tell us that a description of an energy and endurance formula is unclear, that message guides the edit.
Technical data is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are read. We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it. Nothing you send is fed into a scoring system, resold to a mailing list, or used to build a profile of you.
Your message is read by the people who answer questions about men's vitamin formulas and site content, and by no one else.
Page-level traffic counts help us see which guides and product notes are actually used, so we can revise the thin ones.
We do not run advertising profiles on this site, and we do not hand your address to a third party for marketing.
Legal basis and consent
We process contact form data on the basis of your request to be contacted. Technical data is processed to operate and maintain the website. Where consent is required for a specific use, it is requested separately and can be withdrawn at any time.
Withdrawing consent stops the future use it covered. It does not undo an answer already sent to you.

We do not sell personal data. Limited technical data may be processed by hosting and analytics providers acting on our instructions. Where a provider processes data outside Indonesia, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection. Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and are then deleted or archived in a form that no longer identifies you. Technical logs are kept for a shorter, limited period.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You may also object to processing or ask for a copy in a portable format. Requests are handled through the contact page.
How do I ask what data you hold about me?
Write through the contact page and say that you are making a privacy request. Include the email address you used, or the approximate date of the message, so we can find the right record. We will describe what we hold and where it came from.
Can I have my message deleted?
Yes. A deletion request removes the message and the address attached to it once the exchange is finished. If the request arrives while we are still answering you, we finish the answer first and then delete, unless you ask us to stop immediately.
What counts as reasonable security here?
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection, but we review our measures periodically.
Will this policy change?
We may update this policy when the site or applicable rules change. The current version always appears on this page, and material changes will be reflected in the text rather than in a separate notice.
Security in practice
Access to contact messages is limited to the people who answer them. Connections to this site are encrypted, and we review what we hold on a regular cycle rather than only after a problem appears.
